When can I access my storage?
Once you rent a space with us, your unit is available Sunday through Saturday, 24 hours a day. No time restrictions!
How do I pay my storage bill?
You have the option to pay your monthly bill:
(1) on this website by logging in to your user account and using your debit/credit or prepaid card, or (2) by calling our automated phone payment system & pressing option 1, or (3) via check or money order by using the Payment Dropbox onsite at the facility, or(4) by using the kiosk onsite to log in to your user account and using your debit/credit or prepaid card.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept check, money order & debit/credit cards. If you pay online, just have your debit or credit card onhand.
What are temperature controlled units?
Many items are sensitive to the heat or cold, so temperature controlled units ensure that electronics, furniture, and other household items stay in great condition as outdoor temperatures fluctuate.
Is the facility under video surveillance?
24/7! We’ve installed high definition security cameras throughout the facility.
How do I rent a unit?
Rent 24 hours a day right here on this website or from the kiosk onsite. Feel free to contact us by phone 7 days per week from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
